yes, you can do m.tech ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE in iit.since the eligibility criteriae is the candidate should have graduated from any recognized university/institution in B.E/B.Tech course with minimum aggregate marks of 50%.

It's difficult to predict whether you will get Amrita or SASTRA, but I tell u that as per your marks secured I.e.,105( general category) yes u can get.

The minimum Mark's eligible to get seat in IIT is 85 percentile for general and 75 percentile for other categories.
