Contrary to the previous answers, it may be difficult for you to gain admission in a Canadian university AFTER GRE.

Yes You are eligible to give GRE as there is no requisitie eligibility for this standardized test. The only requirement is that you must hold a valid passport

You are eligible to write NEET if you have scored 50% aggregate (for general candidates) in Class XII boards with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the subjects. 

If you are currently pursuing your graduation it isn't necessary to complete it and then write NEET. You can do both

Yes definitely your eligibile for MBA after bsc bachelor degree. And MBA is surely beneficial for you. For mba students needs to qualify 10+2 and must have qualified bachelor degree with 50% marks. Apart from this students needs to give CAT exam and on basis of CAT exam result
