Hello,

For IIT JAM Exam, you firstly require a bachelor's degree minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.

You also need to satisfy the other eligibility criteria to appear in IIT JAM Exam.

Yes , you can apply for AMU,if you have minimum 50% of mark with senior secondary school certificate or equivalent aggregate exam.

JAM Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Common Eligibility

For General/OBC (NCL) category the minimum marks will be 55 percent marks or 5.5 out of 10 aggregate in languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined.

Candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PwD categories must have secured 50 percent or 5.0

It may be due to error of website or due to high traffic.

Try after some times like 5-6 hours latter.

You should try from PC. Even not helpfull then you can  call to the executives for more help.
