There will be no minimum required to attent the entrance exam of NIFT. But the thing is you have to be Qualified in the 12th. And you can apply when the result is out.

Unfortunately you are no longer eligible for second all India counselling. You may want to look into the state counsellings though.

The eligibility criteria is: After class XII or Higher Senior Secondary–
General category students: A minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The student must have passed all subjects and English is a compulsory subject.
For students belonging to SC/ST or OBC- A minimum aggregate
Im afraid that is a slim chance but you can check out last year cut offs to know more
