Yes, the admission process in IIIT Hyderabad and Banglore is completely based on jee mains score. Its cutoff is quite high. You need atleast 250 marks to get any branch in IIIT Hyderabad. You can check previous year's cutoff marks for different courses here :

Sorry to say but you’re not directly eligible to apply for BBA because it’s a 3 years Bachelors Degree Course and requires 10+2 or equivalent education from a recognized board or university.
