Eligibility
To fulfill the criteria for a CA is you should have passed you +2 and a minimum of 55% in your board exams. The foundation of CA exam is CPT which you can give to enroll yourself into a CA module.

The admissions are based on 12th merit and if you have required percentage then gap wont create any problem but few colleges may be asking for an affidavit to be submitted. Also, the cut off varies college, year and course wise so to get a rough idea about the required

You can apply for Telagana colleges under 15% quota but without having domicile of this state you cannot apply for its state counseling.
