see as you have already passed 10+2 score, you dont belong to code 1, as you are not studying in bsc or completed first year, you dont belong to code 5, your code will be code 2, as students who are already passed 10+2 course can apply for code

I started my mbbs in Aug 2013 and MCI said that people starting mbbs between May 2013 and Jan 2014 dont need a eligibility certificate. But, nbe is asking for eligibility. What should I do?

IF Mci said that then you have chances it will be better if you contact the authorities regarding this, they will help you in further steps.according to notice if you are doing MBBS in india then you don't need the eligibility certificate

Your code will be 02 if you belong to any other State except for Karnataka. But if you belong to Karnataka, the code will be 03. With an aggregate of 57% you are eligible for NEET irrespective of your Category.
