In JEE January 2020 application, should I enter Class 12 Passed/Passing Year as 2019 or 2020? I have passed Class 12 with 66% in 2019. I have to appear for Improvement to fulfill eligibility. So should I select 2019 (as I passed last year) or 2020 (since Im appearing for Improvement this year)?

As mentioned that you pass to your class 12th in year 2019 with 66 percentile and you appear for improvement exam in 2020 ...

so you should mention the date of passing class 12th  as 2019 as by giving improvement exam its not giving you a passing certificate so

let me clear your doubt. To appear in gate exam at first you have to clear your backlogs. If you have backlogs then you are not eligible for gate exam so first clear your backlog.

I hope you have not taken a drop for GATE 2020 and if that's the most probable case then you don't need the 8th sem marksheet to apply for GATE 2020.

it is not mandatory to have same picture on eligibility document and gate application process. but it is necessary to sign in the eligibility document inside the specified document. please make correction it as last date id 24 September. unless your candidature may cancelled due to this mistakes.
