Bachelor of Architecture is a 5 year Under graduation Degree. The Basic eligibility criteria is the Candidate must have passed Intermediate (Maths as Compulsory subject) from a recognised Board of University. As you didn't didn't Study Maths , you cannot do Bachelor of Architecture course.

B.tech students are not eligible for the UGC NET Exam. They must be qualifying or qualified for their Masters.
But on the good note, you can apply for CSIR NET which gives the same job opportunities as UGC NET, to the qualified candidates.
