Dear Nazeem, MCI guidelines state that any individual with less than 40% hearing disability can be considered under PWD quota. And the have 1% reservation. In other words, any individual with equal to or more than 40% hearing disability cannot be considered for medical course under disability quota.

Your rank is good for now and it may get you a seat in one of the law colleges but you haven't mentioned your score in 12th board exams. The decision for rank and admission is taken by combining both, giving equal weightage to your marks and rank.

Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is extremely difficult to get into any of the medical college as your score is very less when compared to the cutoffs of different colleges.
