First of all there are two ways apply for state quota or apply for private colleges individually.

Now for applying to state quota for states like Rajasthan and Maharashtra you need to have domicile or some other conditions which you can easily learn about on their respective official websites.

the SAAR process has been scrapped. A new process has replaced it. The notification has been released regarding the new process on the Maharashtra cet cap website. You can refer to the link I’m attaching for more details regarding admission process

Your marks are low to get government medical college even if you belong to SC category. You cannot get government college even in 85%  state quota but you can get private medical college. If you would have scored 380+ marks then only you can get government college under
