CAN A STUDENT CAN APPLY FOR WBJEE 2020 NOW....IN OFFLINE MODE....OR IS THEIR ANY OTHER CRITERION FOR APPEARING IN WBJEE 2020 WHO HAS FORGOTTEN TO APPLY FOR IT IN THE MENTIONED TIME....?

Usually in case of entrance exams conducted by the government (both central and state), the admission committee will be pretty strict and punctual about registration dates. Usually they donot have an option for late registration. So I dont think you will be able to appear in the test this time. Better luck next time!!
