VIT has extended the last date for filling the application forms until March 22nd, 2020. And now due to Coronavirus everything being shut down, it is likely that it might take a while before you receive any communication from them. We would suggest you to wait until March 31st because most Institutions will stay closed until March 31st. And offline applications do take time to be processed.

However Banaras Hindu University have several affiliated colleges both for female and male students in varanasi and outside varanasi. Students according to their merits in Entrance exams gets the enrollment either in the main faculty or in the respective affiliated colleges.

TNo, JEE mains is the entrance test used to admit students for B.Tech/ B.E. in various NITs and IIITs across India. If you clear JEE Mains you get to appear in JEE Advanced. A good rank in advanced will get you into an IIT. JEE is not an exam to get entrance into B.Sc. courses.
Eligibility of B.Sc. in computer science is that the candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE or any equivalent examination with a minimum passing percentage and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Admission is merit-based.
