This is difficult to get admission in top government college at this rank but you can get some colleges such as -

YES DRAWING SHEETS ARE EVALUATED TOO, BUT SINCE YOU HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED DRAWING QUESTION THEN YOU WILL BE AWARDED ZERO MARKS FOR THAT . So, in short your drawing sheet will not be evaluated .
