Congratulations for getting such a nice score in GATE 2019. With your score you have a very good chance of getting PSUs. PSU cuttoff depends upon various factors like number of applicants, number of vacancies and difficulties level of GATE paper.This year paper of gate exam is seen easy in comparison to previous 4-5 years. This year cutoff of various PSU may go high.

The eligiblity criteria requires that in order for you to be eligible you need to be of at most 27 years of age on 1/1/2019. So your age would be considered on that particular date only. As on the said date ie 1/1/2019 you are still 27, you seem to be very much eligible. The fact that you turn 28 on 25th or even if you had turned 28 on 2nd you would still be eligible. As the mentioned date ie 1/1/2019 will be considered to determine your eligiblity.

according to ssc exam rules one candidate need to submit one application from any one zone. if any candidates is found who have submitted more than one application then his/her candidature will be rejected and the person will be banned to give staff selection commission exams up to 3 years.
