Hi there,
Yes anyone can get placed on campus during the recruitment procedure. It is just the skills that grab the opportunity. A college can provide opportunities to their students but the skill of the student grabs the seat. Also, if can not find any job then there are many off-campus drives available for the hiring of graduates, you can easily participate in them.
So, you need to work hard on improving your skills rather than depending upon the colleges for placements. Do hard work which will help you for sure.
Thank you and All the very best!
Dear aspirant,
The faculty recruitment in engineering colleges is based upon the requirement. Whenever there is a requirement of professors, the colleges post the recruitment advertisement in the local newspapers and also post the detailed notification on their official website. There is no fixed period for faculty recruitment but usually, it happens at the start of the academic year. You can check the official websites of the colleges where you want to be a professor. You can also contact the colleges for faculty recruitment inquiries.

Every candidates name is first and then surname come in 10th marksheet. But if your marksheet is it then you can fill up like this. Otherwise you have to change or correct your marksheet then you can write the proper name of yours.
