I would like to inform you that PSU's like ONGC BHEL IOCL all one one criteria which is more than 60% in the undergraduate degree while the criteria for 10th and 12th remains 45% and above.

For any PSU it is mandatory that you have 60% in your undergraduate course only and not in your 10th and 12th because it's mandatory that you've scored above 45% in Boards. Have a nice day.

For getting a job in any PSU, it is mandatory that you have 60% in your undergraduate course only. Many PSUs don't consider the 10th and 12th board percentage, but some set a minimum limit like 60-65%. ONGC doesn't consider the board percentage.

Well, you  surely are eligible to apply for GATE examination and therefore eligible to apply for PSUs. Although, you might have to check eligibility for individual PSUs as every PSU have their different set of eligibility.

Also, you need to excel in your GATE examination and should
