You don't have enough score to get chances in PSUs. For PSUs you generally needed gate score more than 780. Now talking about IITs, we need to know your gate paper so that we can help you, or you can check cutoff of IITs here

of course you may apply for jobs in pscus. however the cutoff of gate score diffter year to year,

however pwd candidates has lower cutoff then other categorys. however the rules and norms for disability of candidates is prepared by the respective companys.

You have very low chances to get any call from any PSU. You score is not enough to attract any PSUs. Generally the cutoff score for it is more than 800, sometimes 770.
