This Year's cutoff's has not been released yet and if you consider last Year cutoff's then for General it was 37.1, for OBC it was something 34 or 33 and for SC/ST it was 24.7. 

As many are saying that this Year's question was bit easy hence cutoff

If you are getting 78 marks in EE and that too in OBC category then congrats man you are not only eligible for top IIt's but also Top psu's. 

In Almost all PSU's you can get shorlisted not considering the selection as it is also based upon your

It is a very compitative world out there for general student. 64.33 is not enough to get into top PSUs of India. According to the previous year record and cutoff you can try following PSUs

1. AAI

2. BHEL

3. NTPC

4. HPCL

You have 70 % chance of

As you have very good score in gate and you have reservations too so you can easily get a good PSU job with your score and with a good package too so hope that you will definitely get succeeded in your life so all the best for your future

there is very less chances to get into psu,if you score more than 60 then you have chance to enter,

being a general category your chances are less .
