I took science in 12th and after that b.b.a & m.com ,b.ed .m.ed.... now m into teaching field...i got opportunity to teach in a higher secondary school for 11 & 12 commerce..handling accounts n business studies... Though m not from a pure commerce background but i believe nothing is impossible

Yeah, for sure, he/she will be able to get a government job if vacancies are there. A short selection process sometimes Interview is carried out after verification of documents of all those who applied for the job.
It is alwasys better if you have some working experiance
All these branches have good scope in the future. It depends on your interest and passion.
If we compare these branches than CSE has more scope it is most demaded branch among students.
Choosing any course depends on your interest and passion. If we compare both the courses than B.Tech and B.E have more scope in terms of jobs.
