No there is no laterl entry into MBBS in India now .
So if you wanted to do MBBS in India you have to be qualified in neet exam then only you take admission in india  MBBS course.

Well both of the courses have its own pros and cons. But if job prospects are considered then it is seen that nursing has more job opportunities than physiotherapy. In India need for both is more but the demand is more for nurses and physiotherapy vacancy lack behind.
