    What is the full form of IECT?

    The complete form of IECT is Information Electronics and Communication Technology. The applications of IECT are E-governance and Multimedia and Entertainment. IECT is employed to provide government services, communicate information from the government to citizens and from citizens to the government, and conduct communication transactions. E-governance is an application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICT may be a broad expression that covers all forms of communication technology, like satellite systems, radio, televisions, cell phones, computers, and other tools like video conferencing and distant learning. Examples of multimedia are text, music, video, graphics, animation, etc.

    E-governance

    Communication is exchanging information between common people, governments, businesses, etc. Nearly each government sector has been modified to IECT, just like the rail reservation system, gas subsidy disbursal, etc. Multimedia is used to enhance the quality of presentation by incorporating data sharing, using graphics and animation, motion capture, etc.
