IPU CET Full Form
What is the full form of IPU CET?
The full form of IPU CET is the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts IPU CET every year for admission to various courses.
Candidates should note that IPU CET is not conducted for admission to B.Tech courses at the University as the admission is done on the basis of JEE Main scores. However, IPU CET is conducted for admission to courses like Biotechnology B.Tech, B.Tech lateral entry for diploma and BSc graduates.
About IPU CET
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test commonly known as IPU CET every year for admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates who will be qualified in the entrance exam will be offered admission to courses like engineering, management, pharmacy, etc. The admissions to these courses will be based on the marks they secure in the entrance examination.
IPU CET Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the IPU 2023 application form candidates are advised to check the IPU B.Tech eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria of IPU 2023 consist of minimum education qualification of the candidate, age criteria, marks obtained in the qualifying entrance examination. Candidates willing to take admission through IPU CET should ensure that they comply with the prescribed eligibility criteria so that their candidature is not cancelled.

Should have also passed English as a subject of study (core/elective or functional). Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Widows or Wards of Defence Personnel/ Persons with Disability candidates will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks. |
