hello, you can get admission based on your 12th marks if applying through the state quota i.e from tamilnadu. If you are applying through the All-India quota then you must have a valid NEET score .  There the semester fees contains on various things like tuition fees, infrastructure and hostel

You don't need to worry about this matter you need to write a mail to josaa help desk or contact them through any other manner they would surely solve the problem, sometimes the clearance of payment takes more time so you can check the status later otherwise contacting josaa remains

If we go through last year cut-offs for Jharkhand, then with 448 marks chances to seccure GMC seat or even government dental colleges is quite tough as cut-offs are on higher side, as Jharkhand has limited medical colleges with higher cut-offs hence MBBS through state quota is tough with
