No , you can not get a bams seat in any university if you have disqualified neet.

For BAMS course only Neet score is accepted.

Eligibility criteria for bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery course- The candidate must passed Std xii with physics,  chemistry and biology with minimum 50% marks in these three subjects .

The candidate must appear and qualify neet exam .

The qualifying percentile For various categories is given below

For general category  - 50 percentile

For sc/ ST- 40 percentile

For pwd and ebc - 45 percentile
