The application form for this exam would be released in December. The eligibility criteria is as follows :
No, you will not get admission under Government/State Quota. Definitely such letters can be used to influence the Admission Process to NRI/Management Quota seats at many Private/ State/Government/Semi Government Medical Colleges, but never for Government Quota Seats.
