Last year the qualifying marks for SC category was 128-113. The qualifying marks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and the performance of the students. Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out.

See as per your Marks-320, it is quite difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota. You should have maintained a score above 380 to be on the safer side.
