With this rank, it is difficult to get seats in JOSAA Councelling. I would suggest you to go for Jharkhand State Councelling. You should also try for private colleges that give admission based on JEE Marks like

Applicants belonging to OBC category are needed to score a minimum 40th percentile , with corresponding marks between 120-146.

As far as i know yes you can take admission in Delhi University. Just go through the Foreign Students Registry Office (FSR) guidelines. There are some necessary documents you need to submit. Just go through the guidelines.

According to the last year's cut-off, it's better to have marks over 400 out of 720 in NEET for Government BAMS Colleges in Maharashtra .

Though the minimum aggregate marks varies, by caste :-

• 50% for General category,

• 40% for SC/ST/OBC,

• 45% for General-PH
