It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year. with 380 marks in neet and you are from general category you have a chance to get a seat in bams seat.

As you have not mentioned any specific school (or area) in which you want to know about the registration date of 9th standard in 2022, it is hard to tell about any exact date.

With the marks of 245 in neet getting a seat in government medical college is almost nil. But for bsc nursing the seat in private medical colleges might be possible enough. Neet had been considered for bsc nursing so the cutoff might vary this year. Hoping for the best.

There is no direct addmission in BAMS course.

You will have to appear and qualify neet 2021 exam for getting addmission bin BAMS course. Both government and private BAMS provide addmission on the basis of neet results only.

If you score around 200 also you will get private BAMS
