Yes, it is obviously possible to get back from the admission of any particular courses. As you said you have your admission then obviously you paid your fees also. The procedure of return the fees it slight longer but it is done by the institute.

No you are not eligible for the GATE 2022 because, BSc. BCA and BCS (a three years degree) students are not eligible for writing GATE Exam. However, after completion of BCA, if he/she are studying 2nd or 3rd year MCA, then they are considered as eligible for writing
