One cannot get admission to MBBS without qualifying in NEET UG. It is a National Level Entrance Examination conducted by National Testing Agency for admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses. It is the only exam for admission to MBBS so you cannot get admission without appearing for MBBS.
