Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
Sorry to say but IITs don't have any Humanities subject in their curriculum. It is the institution for the technical course like BTech in Mechanical, Electrical and Computer sciences and also Mtech and Phd(s) too.
I think your quesry has been resolved
Dear Priya, to be eligible for D.Pharmacy, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics as your core subjects. But if you have completed your 10+2 in Arts, unfortunately you are not held eligible for D.Pharmacy.
It is your call so you should be ready for it .
But yes surely textile designing might be going to turn up a hard case for you. If your art is not good then it might have left a bad impact on textile designing but it will be having no effect on bcom. Both have a wide gap in between them.
Ok good luck
