Yes definitely you can score 80+ score in Humanities in class 12th board exams if you prepare hard in these 2 months duration.Make notes and read your text book for good preparation.Be motivated and concentrated always.Follow a proper timetable and devote more time to studies.

yes,any stream (arts/engineering/science) can do mba in iim.you need to give CAT entrance exam then you should take written ability test and personal interview.that's all.
