Definitely you will get admission according your rank is good.you will get main campus but hostel it will depend upon availability.
Haan sure...you can apply for BBA in any college. You just need to check on with the college eligibility criteria.

Sorry to say that but based upon on your marks it will be difficult for you to secure a seat in BHU as the expected cut off marks for sc candidate will be above 180 marks. I hope this information helps you.
