I have visited too many sites and I found that in India you have not any choices to do fine arts after 10th.

You can study fine arts after 12th.

So be petient dear. Complete your intermediate first.

There are lots of colleges which provide Hindi Honours and Home Science Honours where you wish to go that depends on you.

The admission is by giving examinations followed up by counselling and allotment.

There are colleges; like BHU, JNU, BHARATI VIDYAPEETH, BANASTAHALI VIDYAPEETH, DU etc;
