But yes surely textile designing might be going to turn up a hard case for you. If your art is not good then it might have left a bad impact on textile designing but it will be having no effect on bcom. Both have a wide gap in between them.

Admissions to B.Tech. Programmes shall be made by the University on the basis of merit of Joint Entrance Examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.Admissions to Master’s programme in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology shall be made through the entrance examination conducted by J.N.U., New Delhi.Admission to Master’s programmes in MBA/ MBA (Agribusiness) shall be made through CAT and CMAT score and Group Discussion and an Interview conducted by the University.In M.Tech. programmes, admission shall be made based on the GATE qualifying marks in the subject (Major) in which admission is sought.Admissions to MCA programme shall be made on the basis of separate Entrance Examination to be conducted by the University.Admission for rest of the courses goes on on the basis of merit.

For Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) level admission, only the residentials of Uttarakhand are eligible.

Unfortunately you can not change your stream from arts to science because our education system is made in such a way that science students can go in arts and commerce but they can't come into them. So no you can't change your stream after 12th to science.

I am sorry to inform you that if you change your stream after reaching your 12th standard, you will have to start your schooling again from 11th in science board. both 11th and 12th standard subjects and concepts form a base in your career irrespective of the stream you choose in. If you really wish to study in science stream withdraw from your school and reapply for 11 th standard in science stream.
