Yes you can do. B.com can be done after any stream its just that the student should complete his or her schooling till 12th.

Philosophy:- Philosophy is only a very scoring subject which comes in arts because its syllabus is very limited

• Total number of seats in the institutes
• Total number of candidates appeared in SET and PI-WAT
• Difficulty level of entrance exam and WAT
• Reservation policy
• Marking scheme etc.
