Hi Sonu. The last year's cutoff marks for BHU BA (Hons)Arts for OBC category was 190. But last year's exam was not of 360 marks and this year both arts and social science faculty are taking a combined entrance exam. So, you have a good chance to secure a seat

Panjab University(main campus)  does not offer full time Bachelors degree in psychology. It offers postgraduate degree in psychology and PhD in psychology.
One can get a BA degree not specialization in psychology from various affiliated colleges to PU.

Hello sundeep, hope you are doing well. Yes a dropper get gap certificate. A gap certificate is made by a notary most probably.
