Based upon the previous year cutoff ranks for CSE in BIT ,Durg  ,  you do have any chances to get a  seat there , as last year the cutoffs for OBC candidates  was maximum 474 till the last round of counselling .  And your category  rank is less than that.with this rank , you can surely expect  a CSE  seat in following colleges as well :

• Bhilai Institute of Technology, Raipur
• Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of Technology, Durg
• Government Engineering College, Raipur

Last year closing rank in Round 3 in CGPET in Information Technology at BIT Durg was 804 under open category. So with a rank of 1.8k won't help you to get Information Technology at BIT Durg. Further, in OBC category it was 1680 while the same under SC category was as high as 7520.

As per last year cutoffs, BIT Durg does not consider Female Ranks secured in CG PET. Please provide your CG PET 2019 Common Rank to know which colleges or branch you can get accordingly. Also, you can check that yourself by tallying from the previous year cutoffs. 

And as you have mentioned, you obtained 75% in 12th Board Examination, you are eligible to take admission in BIT Durg.

Analysis last years cut off, we can see that the maximum closing rank for ECE branch is under 1500. Which means you have no chances of getting bit durg ece branch.

You cannot get any branch of bit with this rank as every branch maximum closing rank is around 1500 rank only.

Congratulations on your result. You can easily get BIT Durg with your rank. As per previous year cutoff ranks you can get Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering, i.e. every branch except CSE.

You need to have a rank below 1,000 to get a decent branch of your choice at BIT, Durg since it is the top choice of students through CGPET. But since your rank is just slightly higher than 1,000 you should still fill it as option and try your luck in the later rounds of counselling.
