Hello ,i am in last year of my graduation in general bsc in which i had botany, zoology and chemistry as core subjects. As i have plans to do msc, i am very confused in which subject i should do my msc as the scope job and career opportunities? please help.

Priyanka 24th Nov, 2021
Hey I hope you are doing good. Its all depend on your interest. As zoology, botany and chemistry are the main branches and have equal scope. I will  suggest you to go in that field in which your concepts are much clear so that you will be able to crack NET easily. As if you are not strong in that subject in which you take admission then most time of  ist year is consuming in clearing the small small concepts, if you take that subject where you have good command it also increase your self confidence and you will be able to perform good. As  zoology, chemistry, botany has itself very vast opportunities individually. So take time think deeply and then decide this.

i have 67% marks in class 10th boards! I am really confuse about my higher secondary examination I have Physics chemistry biology mathematics, and 2 languages Bengali & English! So can u tell me, almost how much percentage i need to have for admission in DU in any BA honours course

piyush singh 3rd Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant ,

Delhi University offers so many BA Honors course some of them have very high cutoffs like BA in economics honors while some of them have very low cutoffs like BA in Sanskrit Honors , also different courses use different subjects to calculate your class 12 percentage for cutoff for example for BA Political science honors if you don't have political science as a subject in your class 12 2.5 % will be deducted from your total percentage .

If you want a very good college with a very good branch 95% will be good enough for you but 90 % will get you a decent course , if you just want any course + college combination even 65 percent will get you BA Sankrit honors in Motilal Nehru college .

For Du cutoffs visit :

Hope this helps

hello.i havent completed my half syllabus of neet physics and chemistry only biology over with mcq practice I want to do but there are my preboard in both college and coaching and Im from hsc and Im not able to balance by doing it iam getting depressed again about my time so what to do

Moumoyee Chakraborty 24th Nov, 2021

Dear applicant the first set of suggestion would be not to panick, it's your time and you will prove yourself, have faith and keep on working hard. I know it's very difficult to balance both HSC and NEET but you can focus on few important portions of Physics like Electricity, Magnetism, capacitors and vectors. Solve sums specially from previous years papers, when it comes to Chemistry give priority to organic chemistry and s,p,d,f block elements. Solve as many MCQs as you can and simultaneously read the portions for boards.

Hope it helps!!

Good luck!!

How can I get 140+ in NEET chemistry?

Riya 23rd Nov, 2021

hello aspirant,

  • the easy key to get 140+ in neet chemistry is the NCERT books of both 11th and 12th grades
  • most of the questions in neet is based on the NCERT content espically for inorganic chemistry emphasize more on the NCERT textbook.
  • for physical chemistry i would suggest that you should be thorough with the formulas and for that purpose you could note down all the formulas of each particular topic and revise it on a daily basis so that those formulas are on your fingertips.
  • for organic chemistry you should be thorough with the mechanisms of the reactions and your general organic chemistry( GOC) should be strong as that builds your basis for your entire organic chemistry. moreover if you maintain a seperate booklet of all the named reactions which are mentioned in your ncert textbooks , it would give an extra edge to your chemistry preparation.

hope these tips helps you

ALL THE BEST!!!!!
