Yes, you can go ahead and pursure Philosophy Honours even if you haven't studied it in 12th grade. However, in some universities like University of Delhi there's is a percentage deduction but in most cases you just have the clear your 10+2.

Hello Aspirant!

One of the eligibilty criteria for NEET UG is that the candidates must obtain a minimum aggregate of 40% in class 12 in PCB (for SC candidates). Since you ahve higher percentage than that, you are definitely eligible for the NEET UG.
*PCB refers to PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY/BIOTECHNOLOGY.
