there is very less chance for you to get any college, you have a slight chance to get Keshav Mahavidyala, you might also wanna apply in DU through your boards best 4 marks.

Yes. Your daughter is eligible to write Karnataka CET. You can write a exam of any state. It does not depend on whether you are a localite or not. But she will not be given the local benefit for admission as her domicile is not of Karnataka.

You will have to justify the cause of your gap with a valid reason to the institute you join to study and during the placements interview as well.You wont have any problem in case you are opting for medical or commercial fields since there is no age limit in theses

I can't say that it would be easy to manage both.It becomes difficult to manage different streams all together in the same time.

So my preference is to choose what you want to pursue at this time.because you won't be able to study for both at the same
