The composite score is usually based on 35% class 12 best of 4 and 65% DU entrance exam mark.
With 201/400 your score out of 65 is around 32.6
And with 68% in class 12, your score is around 19.40
So your composite score is around 51/100.

yes you can take drop and study for jee main. but think you would have 2 years gap between 12 and starting of btech. and some companies doesnot allow 2 years gap between academic gap.

dear aspirant, as per the CBSE guidelines from the year 2018 onwards one can give improvement exam in those subjects in which the candidate wishes to improve his/her performance. so that they clear the 75% aggregate percentage rule. However as per JOSAA buisness rules either you need to have 75%
