Don't worry, you can change your signature using Neet correction window. In case of any discrepancies in  your uploaded photograph in your application form, NTA mails you on your registered Email id. Even if NTA doesn't mail and your uploaded images doesn't meet prescribed specifications then you can use

NTA always sends an email if the uploaded documents have any error. But the time frame is limited to the correction window. Once it closes you cannot upload new documents and NTA will not sent any more emails. This year the correction window was from August 13 to 15.
