    Yes, I think you may eligible for MBA in government quota but for that, you may also apply for the entrance exam and proved all your details where the document shoe that you belong to some government side. So you may qualified for government quota then you apply for it.

    There is no problem if you got late in passing your matric exam. You can apply for college in whichever college you want. But keep in mind, age should not be restriction. Your age should be according to that college criteria.

    thanks for asking your query ,you have to give entrance if vit or you may also get admission in vit through management quota but it would cost more money .Your board marks will not help you to get admission in vit.
