Hello Saurav, 166 marks is too less for a seat in BDS in Government Dental College. Even for ST, 333 marks was rhe cut off for Government Dental College in 2018. And every year cut offs change. There are few colleges which give seats for score less than 166. You

Hello Surabhi, Yes, You can definitely study psychology. But, there is not much scope for studying psychology course in India. The top college for studying psychology in India is in DU colleges. They provide a B.A degree in a psychology course. They consider the 12th board marks for admission.

Yes you can get a government college for sure. But you may have some issues in branch selection. Because many students with higherranls settle for CSE and IT. Best of luck!
