NEET eligibilty criteria clearly states that you must be above 17 years of age in th year you are about to give NEET , or 17 years as on December 31, 2020 to appear in NEET 2020 , if my calculations are not wrong you will be 17

With this percentage in 10+2, you are not eligible for JEE-MAINS, BITSAT or other prestigious private colleges.
However you can try for some state Universities offering Undergraduate engineering courses such as AKTU or IPU.
As for both of them, the minimum eligibility criteria is near 55% in PCM.

There is no issue if you are not having maths in your class 11 or 12 but let me tell you, maths is something you cant get rid off and Its everywhere.For sure you can get admission in good colleges for graduation and maths will not be required there
