I'm sorry but no, you are not eligible for NIT because to be eligible to sit for any NIT you should have scored atleast 75% marks in yo 12th class CBSE boards or any equivalent boards. Which clearly you don't satisfy it. So do give it another try thorugh

Hello dear student , yes you are eligible for Aiims if you have secured 50% aggregate marks in you class 12th as you need to have minimum 50% marks overall in class 12th for SC/at category. To stay free you can apply for Aiims and I hope this was helpful.
