Sorry, you can not apply for UPSC CDS exam,only graduate students are applicable for CDS Entry. If you are interested to join army after 12 as commissioned officer you can go for NDA exam “National Defence Academy Exam”. It is also conducted by Upsc just like as cds

Dear, we can't say directly which government you get directly because your percentage is not that much good. But you can apply for some good college and as per my perspective for BBA some private college is best as compare to Government good and you find your other option too.

Yes you can get calls from all the new IIM's and other MBA colleges also. You won't get a call from Old IIM's like IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML and a decent chance to get a call from IIMK.
