There are numerous of sector in which you may go after 12th. But with PCM except engineering , i will recommend you to be in health care profession. And opt pharmacy profession for future. And further purse the bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Because B.pharm is now a days

Sorry to inform you that your score is too low. I suggest you to go for a drop this year and put your efforts and hard work. By these marks your chances of getting any government college are negligible. Don't loose hope it's just a matter of time
That depends upon your subjects in class 12th and also the career field you wan to go in. It if very difficult to tell you anything with the minimal information you have provided. Moreover taking a drop doesn't affect admission in graduation or diploma courses.

If your question is if you can appear for KVPY after taking a drop year then the answer is yes, you can definitely do that. You can attend some other college meanwhile but you cannot pursue two different regular graduation courses at the same time.
